Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in NPI or hardware product development in a technical environment.
* Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex NPI projects from concept to launch.
* Skilled at building cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement in a remote and hybrid-office environment.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Proficient with Product Data Management systems (Arena, Oracle)
* Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Nice to Have Skills and Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the PC, Networking, or electronics sector.
* Experience managing overseas Contract Manufacturers and suppliers.
* Experience with AR/VR/Mixed-reality, stereoscopic displays, optical tracking or motion sensing technologies.
* Six Sigma, PMP or similar project management certification.

You will be responsible for leading the entire NPI process, from concept to launch, ensuring successful introductions that meet quality, cost, and time-to-market objectives.
